③ Once your return request is approved, please ship the dress back to us in its original condition. You will need to provide the return tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.

④ After we receive the returned dress, we will process your refund within 5–20 business days.

Please note that variations of 1-3 cm may occur due to material elasticity and manual measurement, and such minor differences are not considered sizing issues.)

④ Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
