Shipping
Domestic Shipping:
- Shipping is always free within the USA.
- Delivery time for most items is 7 to 14 business days.
International Shipping:
- Shipping is available to almost any address worldwide, with some restrictions and exceptions for certain international destinations.
- A flat shipping fee of $50 applies to all international orders.
Returns
General Return Policy:
- Most new, unworn items can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and details at hello@grrlygrrls.com.
- All steps in the return process must be completed to qualify for a refund. Failure to do so may result in store credit only.
Return Process:
- Send a detailed picture of the item (if there is damage).
- Request a return label.
- Return the item within 90 days of delivery, except for damaged couture items which must be returned within 7 days.
Handmade Items:
- Handmade items, including Couture, Bridal, and custom-made shoes, cannot be returned unless there is obvious damage.
- We offer free modifications until you are happy with the items.
- We do not accept returns for size issues; therefore, providing your measurements is encouraged to ensure a perfect fit.
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on returns in Bridal and Couture if the item is not damaged.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks, accounting for transit, processing, and bank processing time.
- Expedited refunds are available once the package has shipped in most cases.
