Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs whether the items are damaged or not.

 

Items that are not returnable

Handmade gowns unless they arrive damaged. This is due to the time and detail that goes into each dress.The tailors we work with do not accept returns. In most cases, we will repair the item at no charge. However, if you receive a damaged item that cannot be fixed, you must follow these steps to get a refund:

1. Send us a detailed picture of the damage.

2. Request a return label

3. Return your item within 15 days of arrival.

Failure to complete ALL the steps may result in no refund or store credit only.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please note, shipping for  most items is 7 to 14 business days as we ship factory direct.

 

Shipping is ALWAYs free as are returns.
