Grrly Grrls: Returns Policy
- Most new, unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Return process: send a detailed picture, request a return label, return within 15 days
- All steps must be completed for a refund; failure to do so may result in store credit only.
- Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks (transit, processing, and bank processing time). Expedited refunds are available after the package has shipped in most cases
- To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and details
Handmade items can not be returned. We offer free modifications until you're happy with the items. If we are unable to repair the item, follow these steps to request a return:
- Request a return by emailing us at hello@grrlygrrls.com.
- Send us a detailed picture of the damage.
- Wait for approval.
- Ship the item back using a prepaid mailing label provided by Grrly Grrls.
- A 30 percent re-stocking fee will be charged on returns in Bridal and Couture if the item is not damaged.
Grrly Grrls: Shipping
- Shipping is available to almost any address worldwide, with some restrictions and exceptions for international destinations.
- Shipping time for most items is 7 to 14 business days in the USA
- Shipping is always free inside the USA
- International shipping has a flat fee of $50
