Sun lovers, I have some news that may be heartbreaking to some and the best news ever for others. We are 42 days away from fall. And for me personally, this is some great news. There is no better season for fashion than fall. It is the perfect layering season and the outfit options are truly endless. The major thing is that since layering is huge for fall, you can transition a lot of your favorite summer looks to a fashion-forward fall serve. So grab a PSL, get cozy and keep reading to find out how to get the most out of your summer looks.

One of the most iconic fall looks is a layered dress. This summer slip-dresses were all the rage. And the good news is it’s the same for fall! A great way to make all your favorite summer minis last is throwing a turtleneck or long sleeve shirt underneath it. The end of summer and the beginning of fall is the perfect time to debut the deep maroons, reds, browns, and oranges. I like to go for a pop of color for the dress and a black or white for the top underneath. My fall go-to dress is the Bodycon Mini Dress because. Color and ribbing If you like patterns more try the Flowy Faux-Wrap Dress this would look so cute with a turtleneck under it! If your closet is missing a top for layering, grab a cute Long Sleeve top.

Using that same layering method we talked about previously, you can spice up all your favorite tanks. If you haven’t noticed layering is a major fall trend. I like using a tank that has a little lace or something besides a basic solid top. Not that you can’t do that too. If you’re on the hunt for some tanks for the end of summer but also something good for fall, try out a trendy Milkmaid Style top or a Faux Leather Corset top for a little more edge. Another classic summer look is a mini skirt and these are so hot for fall. Throw on a pair of tights and then layer in your tops and that’s a full fashion moment. You can’t go wrong with a classic Tennis Skirt, it’s perfect to pair with a layered look

My favorite look for the end of summer and beginning of fall is a sandal with a sheer sock or tight. It’s so beautiful, so simple yet crazy elegant. It’s the perfect edition to absolutely any look. You can wear it with a skirt or dress as well as jeans or pants. It’s the perfect way to make your sandals stretch a little longer as well as add a sophisticated feel to your look. They can be casual or glam. It may seem weird at first but once you give it a try you won’t go back! You know I always have recommendations for shoes, my current favorites are wedges and we have an iconic pair of Woven Sandals and my total favorites are the Open Toe Heels. If you like a little something extra try a pair of Fur Heels.
